I installed the theme freshly on https://www.kefalonia-griechenland.com/ and wantet do drag and drop elements into the page, but the block just moves a little and then gets stuck – no way to move it to the right side so it’s actually on the page. I tried in firefox and chrome.
I have mysql 5.7 and php 7.1 running – anny chance that you don’t support those yeat?

The php version is ok. It is most likely a plugin conflict.
Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Hi,
it’s a new website, no caching active. I deactivated all plugins except tagdiv and it’s still not working.
I have php 7.1.6 and mysql 5.7.15 running.
2 things I noticed:
Even if I open the sample page where there should be contend in it with tagdiv – id doesn’t show any content in the editor.
When I open a page with tagdiv I get a message “the current content page hasn’t been created by tagdiv”

That means you are tryong to edit a page that was not originally created with the tagdiv composer. A page cannot be edited properly if it was built with visual composer or any other composer beforehand. Pages have to be re-created when switching page builders. Please test the tagdiv composer on a new page. Create a new blank page and see if the composer works on that one.
Please re-create your pages that were built with other page builders.

it is a fresh installation – no other visual composers installed. And even if i create a completely new page tagdiv doesn’t work – just then without the message.

Please check the theme system status as well, and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary

The composer should work properly on a fresh theme install, using only theme plugins. Check the server and WordPress parameters mentioned and then try again to use the editor on a new page.

I found the problem. In the settings i had the site as http:// instead of https. Now I changed it and it works
