I am developing a news site using this theme. So if i install this theme first on test site domain and then can i again install the theme on main site domain. Because the site is in development stage, so i want to develop and test everything on test site then implement them on the main site.

Hi,
The theme can be installed and activated on a test domain, for testing purposes. After you are done testing, the registration key can be reset and then the theme can be activated on the main domain.
