Any idea how to change the number of related post? I mean, 5 – 10 row.

Hi,
The related articles number of posts can be changed in the theme panel. Please check this guide

To have 5 articles on a row, you will have to not use a sidebar on the respective posts.

I mean 3 articles in a row and the number of row is more than 5. for example 7 row.
So it will display 21 related articles

Hello,
you can have a maximum of 4 rows of related articles with 12 posts present (3 on each row) when using a sidebar or 20 (5 posts on each row) if no sidebar is used.
