Youtube shows "0 Subscribers" on Social Counter

Although I have 6k+ subscribers on YouTube, the social counter is showing 0 subscribers. Please see images.

Hi emceenetwork,

I have inspected your YT channel and I saw that you do not have 6k+ subscribers but only 109, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/IjW2oGhD As you can see in our screenshot, you should add the right code in your YT filed to bring best results.
Clear all the caches and check the results.
