How to have a side bar to make changes and see it live

Hi,

Im trying to figure out how to use newspaper theme. At the moment if i want to make changes I have to go in to my wordpress admin panel to make changes

How can I make it so its on the sidebar like you show on a demo on a youtube clip like this:
