I have two questions for you please:
1) For the “Previous” button, why it does not appear? (1 button out of 2 appears)
2) How can I swap the “NEXT PREVIOUS” pagin bar with the sharing bar? (I want the social network sharing bar to be in first position and second the bar “NEXT PREV)

1. Please provide more details about the location of the button or some useful screenshots, for a more accurate answer.
2. I am assuming you mean the social sharing and previous/next article, in the post page

The social sharing bar is already above the previous/next article. Maybe I am misunderstanding this, please correct me so I can understand better what you are trying to do.

The Latest articles pagination cannot be changed. You could disable this section, by selecting a different page template

Then place a block at the bottom of the page with the composer, and configure it with infinite loading. Blocks have this pagination available.
