Hi,

If you have set the counter according to the guide, it should display accurate values. Clear any caching installed, and make sure your Facebook profile page is public and does not have any restrictions.

How is it going – I am having the same issue

However, when I click “Get Access Token” it just says PLEASE WAIT… and nothing happens (4 hours)

Also, instagram does not work either. Pleas Help

@NextdMedia Please deactivate and delete the social counter plugin used, and install the one provided in the latest theme package. Before configuring the counter, clear your browsers cache. Example for Chrome

Then check if everything works properly. This is a guide to help you set it up

For the Instagram simply add the ID as shown in the guide, and it should display accordingly. Clear any installed caching after configuring it.
