Background advert disappears when I log out?

Hi, I added a background advert for my site http://www.guitarandmusicinstitute.com , all great. But, when I log out of the website and look at it as a user would, there is no background advert? Any ideas how I can fix this? I love newspaper btw, has made my content look superb!

Hi,

I have inspected the website and the background image is present

It appears that it is displaying properly as I am not logged on the website.
