And of course, our website has broken down and we have lost all the old design.
How can we solve it?

Most likely, this behaviour happens due to a bad theme install, sorry! I have checked your error log and I saw that most of the files do not come with our theme, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ITNIced4Kt Please remove all of the untested plugins and use only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and which are tested and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, if you have some additional customizations which can cause this issues, notice that you should revert the theme to the default state, clear all the caches and check the results. Make sure that your theme installing was made via FTP way because this is the surest theme method.

Thank you for your answer. the problem was we were using a Child Theme, and the update didn’t work. In fact, we have tried to update our theme 2 times and everything is broken.

And we would like to update it from the Newspaper 4 version to the Newspaper 8 version. It has only 4 or 5 static pages, because is based on posts. Do you provide any kind of payment service to do this? We will lost a lot of time and you, as the developers of the theme, will invest less than an hour.
