Hello,
I’m using the Top Header Menu and the Header Menu (main) locations. I have separate menus assigned to the two locations, but anything I add to one menu also gets added to the other one. So the menus are exactly the same. If I delete an item from one menu, everything gets deleted from the other menu.
I only noticed this problem after the most recent update. I tried disabling all plugins, flushing the cache and reinstalling the theme. Nothing has worked.

Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what exactly you want to achieve. Please notice that you cannot add any other menu than the menus which are available into our theme. Please provide more details about what you want to bring so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Thank you for the reply. I’m not trying to add any new menus.
For example, I want pages 1, 2 and 3 on the Top Header Menu and Categories A, B, C and D on the Header Menu (Main). It’s automatically giving me 1, 2, 3, A, B, C, D on both menus. If I add an item to one menu, it’s added to both. If I delete an item from one menu, it’s deleted from both.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do this, sorry! All the controls which can be had, regarding on our menu can be seen in our useful tutorial here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/main-menu/
If you want to have any other settings, in this case, notice that you should implement it yourself or try finding such a plugin with this functionality and check its compatibility with our theme. If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because e cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

I appreciate you trying to help, but you still don’t understand. I’m not trying to make any changes, and I don’t need any custom services. Your theme has not been working properly since the last update.
I’ll go through it step by step. Here’s my main menu (with nothing in the top menu):

I now add an item to the Top Header Menu.

I click save, and everything from my main menu gets automatically added to the Top Header Menu even though I didn’t select it and don’t want it.

See the problem? Now, my menus are exactly the same. That shouldn’t happen. It didn’t work that way previously. So I delete the extra items and click save.

Now look at the Main Menu. Everything is gone.

I add everything back to the Main Menu, and the item from my Top Menu is automatically added even though I didn’t select it.

Please keep in mind that until now, we do not have any bad reports in this case sorry! First of all, please check the plugin’s list and if you are using some untested plugins, you should remove all of these, leave just only the bundled plugins and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Also, provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you. Before sending an email, please make sure that you have disabled all of the untested plugins because this is the first step for WordPress debugging.
