Social counter plugin showing 0

Hello,

I follow all the steps of the tutorial (and desactivate/activate, downloaded the latest plugin, etc.).
I also double check the FB information and the plugin showing 0.
I don’t missed also to clear the cache.

Hi,

Then there should not be any problem displaying accurate information in the counter. Please make sure that your Facebook profile page is not private or has any restrictions, it will not work with a private account.
If there is still a problem, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Also paste a link to this topic in your email.

I tried another time to desactivate, delete and install the latest plugin and it works great.
