I am using the Default Sidebar next to the post loop on the Home page and for screen widths between 550px to 767px there is a problem with widgets near the top encroaching into one anthers space.
Below 767px the side bar moves down below the post loop, which is to be expected and that is fine, but if you look at the 2 screenshots you will see a Ad widget encroaching into the space of the Recent Post widget.

I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problems with our sidebar. It seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/9YrO64A8KW I inspected the whole website and I did not saw any problems, sorry! Try to clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

First, you screenshot is of an article and not the homepage, so you are comparing apples to oranges. If you had looked at homepage at close to 767px, like I show above, you would have seen the ad encroaches on the content below it.
I have other projects now. No time to deal with this. Thanks!
