Got some feedback from our readers and because of that I also found out that they are correct Newspaper theme does not offer any option to search by categories. All you have is one search and it will search through everything. And you also can’t select after search results that you wanna see only this category.
Is that correct and there is no options available for users to search by categories? Or I miss something somewhere?

Hi,
The theme uses the default search of WordPress and simply styles it, but it does not change the search functionality. If you require more advanced search functionality, you could either modify the search, or maybe remove it and use search plugins that would have the options you need.
