Fix Width of the Header Ad Container – CSS Styling?

I am showing a 7280×90 banner in the Header Ads section.

But It seems the Container has no fixed width. (https://pasteboard.co/GJpjZeY.png)

How to keep it from going outside the body and not override the background.
