Can't Modify or Create Home Page with Tag Div Composer OR Visual Composer

I can’t modify my existing home page or create one using either Visual Composer or TagDiv Composer. With VC, I just get the constant hourglass on the logo, and none of the elements or layouts can be clicked on. On TDC, I just get the hourglass icon on a grey screen. Nothing his happening on Firefox, Chrome, or Safari. What am I doing wrong?

Hello bookerg,

First of all, please ensure that you have right installed the latest version of theme via FTP way because this is the surest theme method and then, please check the following useful documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/ because there you will found all the steps which are required to following in order to correctly used our page builder.
