My website can be accessed at http://www.theindianinvestors.com. Recently I changed a couple of post to page. The change was made to improve the usability of the website by leveraging Block/Big Grids provided by Newspaper theme.
After making the change, we have seen a decline in SEO ranking and was wondering if using Blocks/Big Grids impacts SEO ranking because Google does not see the actual articles but the code(like below) on these pages?

Well , yes it will impact as a page is not equal to a post. It is not recommended to use pages instead of posts. They are 2 very different elements. Please also use SEO by yoast and their guides for proper search engine optimization.
