problem with top bar and not inmediate changes when saving

Hi there.
We have just installed newspaper theme and are starting with a web. We want to change the language oon the top bar to català and it doesn’t happen. Also when editing theme panel the changes we make to it don’t appear. Could you help us please?

First of all, please check your system status parameters to be according to our useful guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ YOur PHP memory can be exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything.
