I am trying to prevent subscribers from being able to view JetPack on the WP Dashboard. I tried using Jetpack only for Admins, BUT for whatever reason it stops the tagDiv Login Form from working properly. Any other ways ideas on how to hide JetPack from the subscribers dashboard?

Logged in subscribers do indeed have access to the Jetpack menu. That will allow them to connect to their WordPress.com account and enable the Toolbar notifications.
Rest assured, they won’t be able to change your Jetpack settings from there.
