I would like to ask for assistance with solving an issue with a menu bar when using mobile theme. It doesn’t seem to work at all. Please help me. My website is http://www.thestartingidea.com
Could you elaborate a little? I just tried it and all the menu options work when viewing the site on mobile.
well, i tried opening it on through Safari an Chrome on my mobile phone and it didn’t work, I am not sure why? I cannot access any menu item, the icon doesn’t work, the same with search bar.
Another problem I am facing is with the subscribe page, is it not possible to have a Newsletter form using mobile theme?
Interesting, I pulled it up on my iPhone and I can’t get the menu to open either. More interesting, if you use the developer tools in chrome and go into mobile mode after the page is loaded the menu will work. However if you load the page while already in mobile mode or simply refresh the page it no longer works. The last thing I noticed was if you load the page in mobile mode and then exit mobile to desktop mode, the site isn’t responsive.
So it appears that this theme’s desktop version is responsive, but if the site is loaded in a mobile scale the page loads as mobile only.
Is there any way to correct it because i prefer the way it looks like with the mobile theme but the theme faces many problems. If i am going to go back to the normal theme on mobile devices, images are not responsive so I am not sure what to do. Can you help me solve my problems?

Please update your theme to the latest version and update the mobile theme plugin as well by disabling and deleting your current mobile theme plugin and then installing it again from the package you download from envato.
If the problem is still there after the reinstall/update, please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

I updated my theme to 8.1 version, I updated the mobile theme plugin. Unfortunately the problem still exists, I cleared my cache and I didn’t add any code to the theme. Please help me, I don’t know what seems to be the problem.
