the same problem my facebook does not work, always shows 0 subscribers
I fixed! open file /wp-content/plugins/td-social-counter/td_social_api.php and go to 87 lines and replace “likes” on “fan_count”

And facebook counter will work 🙂 remove the cache do not forget

Please deactivate and delete the social counter plugin used, and install the one provided in the latest theme package. Before configuring the counter, clear your browser’s cache. Example for Chrome.

For the Instagram simply add the ID as shown in the guide, and it should display accordingly. Clear any installed caching after configuring it.

I am also having the same issue.
Facebook shows 0 fans
Twitter, Insta and Youtube all work as expected.
Facebook still shows zero.
page is is correct
app id is correct
secret and token resolve properly and instantly.
I have tried using the “vanity” facebook page name and also the numeric page id.
both result in the same issue “0” fans.
all caches cleared..old and new devices still see “0” fans for facebook.
I just purchased this on October 16th so it is the latest release version as far as I know.
