Can't find the page for "Terms of Use" and "Advertisement"

Although I can see them both when I view my website, I can not edit them. And when I click on them it doesn’t show the URL. Any ideas on where to edit this page that doesn’t exist. And they are not listed in the pages.

I am using the News Paper version 8.1

Never mind I found it, it was not an actual page, it was a custom link in the footer menu.
