post template settings trouble shooting

I am using newspaper 8. I try to change the post settings. but the template is not changing . even i try to get back to default post settings also it is not working y.. please help me..

Hello bolgam2,

First of all, check your system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, you system status has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything.
