Hello TagDiv Team,

1. I have added facebook page with (raw html) code to my homepage. It is facing some browser compatibility issues with Mozilla (working fine on Chrome). Refer Link: http://www.srkuniverse.com (It is placed in the sidebar just below the social media counter)

2. Can you suggest a plug-in that can be used to setup newsletter ? If there is an in-built option can you please point me in the right direction.

Hi,

1. The Facebook section seems to be displaying fine on both Chrome and Firefox, from what I can see at the moment

If there are problems it all depends on the html you used, it might need adjustments for other browsers, but I see no issue with it.

2. The theme does not have any newsletter options by default, that can be achieved by a plugin. There are multiple Newsletter plugins that you can try and choose the one you like, and has the options you require. You can also search the forum for plugin suggestions in this matter, and see what other users have installed and used for their websites.

Thanks

Hi Simion,

Thank you for the reply. I guess the Mozilla I have on system might need a quick update check. If possible can you mention the Mozilla version you ran to give me some bearings.

In terms of the subscription option I am planning to check the ‘Newsletter Plugin’. Will try and post my results. Although my request to you would be add it as a part of the stock theme in your next update but that is completely your team’s call.

Thank You

Hi,

It is the latest version of Firefox, the browser is up to date

I don’t think there are plans to implement a Newsletter option in the theme in coming updates. The best way would be to try and test some plugins, and choose the one you like.

Thanks
