Image Visual Composer don't appear

Hi, when i put an image with visual composer in a page i don’t see the image on front-end.

Anyone can help me?

Hello e.gueirni,

How did you put the image in VC? What kind of item did you use for adding an image? Make sure that you are using the latest theme version, installed via FTP way.

Hi, I put the image with item “Single Image”. I have the latest version of theme and VC. On front-end with Chrome Debug i don’t see the html tag.

Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Before this, please remove all of the untested plugins because all of them might cause a lot of unknown issues and notice that’s the first step for debugging in WordPress.
