How to replace Content H1 tags to H2?

Hi,
My previous theme default title was H2, So I was making manual H1 tags in content.
Now, after using Newspaper8 title is H1, it’s ok but,
I want to insert Js code or anything to automatically replace all content H1 tags with h2.
I want only the post title to have h1 tags.

Do a search replace in post meta via mysql with phpadmin or similar
