Hello,
I am not able to add categories into menu anymore? I made homepage with Blank template.
What might be the problem…..

Hello,
You want to add some categories in menu. Go to Appearance -> Menus and add there your category.
Please give us more details about your issue.

Problem was not with the theme. After updating wordpress to 3.7.1. I was able move categories to menu.
