I would like, that when the counted views of an article the views by the Admin is excluded

Please keep in mind that I have made some tests and the view post count seems to work as expected for admin, sorry! The counter work as properly, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/omLuk5FoCAm If the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case and check the results. Should work as expected because on my end everything works as properly.
