Hi,
A first step would be to check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameter mentioned in this guide, if necessary

You could ask your hosting provider to make them for you if needed. Then check to see if the issue is still happening. If it is please deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, and clear all caching installed, and check again.
