Can´t load tagDiv Composer anymore…

Don´t know what happended…
After the latest update the TD Composer stucks on loading screen…no chance…
Any idea?

Also…I just noticed I cannot click on any button at the theme panel.

I retried to enter my purchase code…also…I can´t click on submit.

Please check the system status parameters and increase these parameters according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Most likely, your PHP memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot do anything.

Thanks for your reply…but nothing changed…
I tried everything recommended, no changes.
TD Composer is still the cirle of death and I cannot submit anything in the theme settings.

Hi,

First of all, try to disable all of the untested plugins, leave just only plugins which are tested with the theme, clear all the caches and check the results. If you have server cache, request to your hosting provider to clear all of this and check the results.

Thanks for the hint…that was my next step anyway.
And you´ve been right! WP Statistics caused the issue…
So, it was a conflict with another plugin. Thanks for the help!

In my case it was a plugin called “wp statistics” which is a user / visitor statistic plugin. Once this was deactivated, everything went fine.
