people are registered to my website but they are unable to get confirmation emails. people are unable to sig into the my website account

Hello prasadtech,
Please keep in mind that our theme does not have any such an option for it but only if you will use such a plugin with this functionality or maybe your server has this service which has to be right setup. We cannot help you in this case because it’s not theme related.

Theme doesn’t control email; you may need to use an SMTP plugin to send ‘authenticated’ email from your system. Plenty of tutorials on web for this; but check the WordPress.org repository for free SMTP plugins! 🙂
