How to remove default sidebar from page?

Hi! I’m using WordPress & Newspaper theme for the first time now. How do I remove the default sidebar from a page? Nothing happens when I choose the option without sidebar. I removed sidebar also from the Theme Panel Page Template Settings but nothing happens. I was able to remove it from an article.

Hi,

There are two ways of setting a sidebar for a page built with the composer. One way is to simply split the row on the page like this

And enter elements in the resulting sidebar section. The other method is to use a Widget sidebar, in which you can select from your available sidebars

Removing the sidebar will require to open the page with the composer, and make your desired modifications to it.
