Please how can i achieve a menu on a page that is like the global menu.

Hi,
Besides the list menu element in the composer, there is no other way of placing a menu inside the page content

There could be plugins that you could use if you want to place menus in pages, the theme and composer does not have other options, besides the one mentioned.
