Simply go to Theme panel->Ads and remove the ad code from the location you desire

I’m having the same problem. When I set up adsense, and placed ads where I wanted them, it worked perfectly for a few days. Now, as of two days ago, I have ads in both the header and before the footer. There is no code in the header or footer section of ads on the Theme panel. I have also tried the Disable on Desktop option for both Header and Footer, and the ads are still appearing (FWIW, the footer ads appear before and after the footer, sometimes at the same time).

@rpats If there is no ad code in the theme panel ads section, no ad will be displayed. Or you might have entered the ad code though a different implementation, or maybe a plugin. The footer supports only one ad, in the footer top.
Please provide a link to your website so we can inspect the issue, maybe we can identify where exactly the ads are originating.

Thanks Simion! This is the website https://showscene.ca It looks like the header ads have stopped (I’ve looked at multiple pages today and none have come up), but the footer ads are still there. I’ve triple checked the theme panel ads section, and there is no code in the footer section, only have the code in the sidebar section. I believe you are using Google auto placed ad codes

These ads can be displayed randomly in the website. You will have to use ads with defined placement. More information here
