Please provide some more details about how exactly you want the menus to display, for a more accurate solution. I will try to provide a code to make it the way you want.
The Latest articles section will be displayed on the bottom of the page, when the required page template is selected

It can be customized as you like, or disabled by selecting a different page template.

I understand now, but please note that the modules can display the post title only, not a sub-title. They are not meant to display such an element, so there is no implementation for that.
There is a solution that you can try, it involves modifying the actual module file. It will have to be made for each module that you want to display this. After making this modification the module will display the post subtitle, that is by default displayed only in the post page
