I opted to use short mp4 clips instead of gifs since they’re smaller and work better, but wordpress by default will only allow one video to autoplay on a page. After scouring the internet, I found code that ultimately crashed my site (I’m a newb), so I’m wondering if there’s any theme options or solutions to allowing multiple videos to autoplay?

Hi,
The theme does not have options in this matter. The only autoplay option would be for the video playlist element

There could be video plugins or players that you could search for and try, instead of using code.
