Hi, is there shortcodes available for tables?
Or an other way to do in posts?
Moreover, how could I make a portfolio page?

Hi,
A specific elements for table creation is not available at the moment. You could create simple HTML tables and use them in the post content, or maybe try some plugins that have this capability.
On pages you can use any of the page building elements, choose what you think is required. Check the Features menu in the live demo to see most of the theme options
