The main header is not appearing on my public homepage in some browsers. It is appearing on Safari, but doesn’t appear in Firefox or Chrome. What is weird is that the header does appear on those browsers when I am editing the page using tagDiv Composer.
The problem started to happen when I installed the latest update to Newspaper 8. The header is not appearing on the homepage on both the desktop and mobile versions of the site. I have tested it on other computers and phones and it doesn’t appear to be a cache issue. Can you help please.
Hello,
It’s strange! Try to disable all of your untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case and check the results! Also, if you need more assistance, in this case, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can take a closer look at it.
Thanks for your understanding!

Experiencing a similar issue. My Main Header will only display when signed in. Public users cannot see it.
Hello kelticband,
Until now, keep in mind that we do not have any bad reports in this case, sorry! Please make sure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, try to make a new clean install to a new sub-domain for testing and check the results. The theme should work as expected.
Thanks for the message!
Hi Catalin,
Re my message dated October 27
I have been away for a few weeks. Can you help me resolve my header issue? I have emailed you my site admin details so you can take a closer look. Many thanks.
Hello virgboggie
I have inspected your source page and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files (header section) and causes a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all of these, leave just to active only the bundled plugins and tested with the theme, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, you should try making a new fresh install on a sub-domain with the latest theme’s version and check the results. Also, if you need more assistance in this case, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your wp-admin so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Also, before sending us an email, you should disable all of the untested plugins because this is the first step for debugging in WordPress.
Thanks for the message!
