I can not activate theme

I can not activate themes with this message.
Please fix it.

Hello kim1,

Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Also, provide there your ITEM purchase code so I can try to activate your theme. Also, before this, please try the manual activation.
