Hey folks
When I click the “tagdiv composer” button above a page I have just created, it just shows a blank screen (with the tagdiv controls on the left). Like this: https://screencast.com/t/oQxMDLuUgnr
I have installed the latest version of the theme and also reinstalled the td-composer plugin.
Any ideas?

Do you are using some untested plugins with the theme? If yes, try to disable all of them and leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results. Our page builder was fully tested with the theme and it should work well.

Even deactivated all plugins except ones bundled with theme, but made not difference.
Stranierorob… did you get your issue fixed with td composer?
Nope. Gave up and purchased another theme.

Sorry for this inconvenience but please notice that our TD Composer is fully tested with the theme and it should work as expected. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Please keep in mind that the problem comes from your part and not from the theme, sorry! Most likely, you have done something wrong with the settings and that’s why you are not able to make this plugin to go. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.

having same problem. brand new WP install, not using ANY other plugins!
I feel this might be an issue with Yoast SEO latest version. Previously also Yoast plugin update had this issue.
If you still have issues with the composer, please send us an email at the above email address and provide a link to your site and wp-admin so we can login and investigate. It’s also a good idea to make a back-up beforehand.
