Social Counter is not working

I am also having the same issues as others have mentioned.
Facebook shows 0 fans

Twitter, Insta and Youtube all work as expected.
Facebook still shows zero.
page id is correct
app id is correct
secret and token resolve properly and instantly.

I have tried using the “vanity” facebook page name and also the numeric page id.
both result in the same issue “0” fans.

all caches cleared..old and new devices still see “0” fans for facebook.

I just purchased this on October 16th so it is the latest release version as far as I know.

any suggestions?

Please provide a link to your website if possible, so we can inspect it. If everything is set according to the guide, there should be no problem

Same here. However, I created a new app on FB and did the same steps in td composer and it worked.
