I have the social counter plugin enabled for twitter and facebook.
For Twitter it works correct. For facebook, although if you press the button it links to the correct facebook page, it doesn’t count the followers.
I have followed all the steps regarding the facebook app id/secret etc.

Yes, I have the same issue here. Link to facebook is fine but counter is 0 because it doesn’t find Facebook Access Token.. I have followed your tutorials/ videos etc. and nothing.

Same problem here as well. Facebook App ID and Secret as well as generated the token. Still get a Zero, despite the group having over 1,200 followers.

I have the same problem. Is there a clear fix for this? I see quite a few issues reported here on the same issue.
The main problem why so many people report this is because they do not read the docs or update their themes and plugin. Please read this guide and make sure you follow the instructions properly and fill out all fields: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Please clear all caching afterwards. If you use an older version of the theme or plugin, please update the theme and disable and delete your current social counter plugin and install it again from the theme panel plugins section
