Post limit works in tagdiv view, not in preview page

I put a limit post to 2 for a block on my main page (block 12). When I preview the page, it does not limit to only 2 posts. When I go to tagdiv to edit, it has the limit of 2 and looks how I want. Why isn’t it showing on the live site?

Is it possible to make my sidebar 3/12 columns instead of 4? When I try this, elements and sidebar widget get pushed below all other content.

Hi,

The row layout settings can be seen in the row settings

Other row layouts are not possible at the moment. Please try and build your pages according to the possible options. This will ensure that all the elements on the page will display properly.
