This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Also please contact your host and ask about any blocked files from the hosting side.

Please check the theme system status as well. Check if the WordPress and server parameters are set according to this guide

You could ask your hosting provider to make the changes for you if needed. Then check if everything works as intended. Insufficient resources can cause issues using the theme and also plugins. Please let us know if you still have problems.
