I would like to add some meta data (e.g. for twittercards) in the head section of posts on my website.
Not general, but on post level, per post.
I think I can do that with a custom field? What is the name of the custom field I have to use to add metadata in the headsection of the post?

If you want to create a new custom field, you notice that you can do it from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/TjJ09SggEh First you have to register your custom field as a post meta. For more details in this regard please check these links: https://codex.wordpress.org/Custom_Fields – https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/add_post_meta
After you register the custom field as a post meta you can use its value in a variable depending on the desired result. Please notice that here I just gave you some advice about what you should do and therefore you have to do it yourself because this is not a simple task and it involves doing such a custom work and we cannot provide something like this, at the moment, sorry!
