Hello, I am using Block 12 for my website locate here: https://sneakerfiles.com/test/

Now it looks great, but is it possible to change the display of the mobile? I would like the block/blog posts to look like this: https://ibb.co/df1qDG

I know that Block 3 can do this, but it won’t look the same on desktop.

Thank you

Hello Brain916,

Unfortunately, the standard theme’s layout for block 12 on mobile devices should look like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/mRFE2sMI We cannot change and also, we do not recommend to do this because the theme can be easily damaged. If you want to achieve this for block 12 you should do it yourself and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you!

Thanks for your understanding!

Ok I understand. Is there any resources you can point me to to try and achieve the look? Or is there a list of people you guys recommend to customize templates?

Hello Brain916,

Unfortunately, please notice that we do not have any department for custom work, sorry! Usually, we recommended the developers from studio.envato.com.

Thanks for your understanding!

Wanted to check back in and see if this is possible now with the release of 8.5

Hi,

What you are trying to do could be possible with then tagDiv composer. I see that you are using Visual composer, this has some options as well.
There is a setting that would allow you to hide columns on specific devices
https://www.screencast.com/t/9sPFL11K
You could add block 3 that looks as you want on mobile in a column below block 12. Then hide block 12 column on mobile
https://www.screencast.com/t/DcZzTqUL356r
And block 3 column on desktop
https://www.screencast.com/t/MtYsoudx
That way block 12 is visible on desktop, and on mobile blocks 3 will be visible. Use the same sorting on the blocks to display the same posts. This would be a solution if you should consider it.
There might be a way to make block 12 similar to block 3 on mobile with CSS, but maybe the above solution would be better.

Thanks

I am actually using the TagDiv Composer. If I had block 12 show on desktop and block 3 on mobile, how would I do that with TagDiv Composer?

Hi,

The tagDiv composer has the same options for rows, columns and individual elements. These are located in the CSS tab. So you could place block 3 below block 12 first
https://www.screencast.com/t/gb8rL1gDgYa
Hide block 12 on mobile
https://www.screencast.com/t/YwSTr8taN2m0
https://www.screencast.com/t/OsZQwGh47
Hide block 3 on desktop
https://www.screencast.com/t/9pmbDcOiQI
https://www.screencast.com/t/uiQ94RDcbPB
This would be the result on desktop (block 12)

And on mobile (block 3) – https://www.screencast.com/t/NFrm5bNGd2Wr

Thanks

Hello, I noticed with the latest update that the option to hide is not available anymore. Will this be coming back?

Hello Brain916,

Sorry but please notice that functionality has been tested and should work as expected. Clear all the caches and check the results. Provide more details about your problem for more investigation.

Thanks for the message!
