Autoplay of Big Grid Slide is not working.

Hi,
I’d set 5 seconds time to autoplay Big Grid Slide. But it’s not auto playing the images. It works only on clicks.

Hi,

I have tested the Big grid slide autoplay feature and it is working properly on my end. It could be a plugin conflict, please try as a first step to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, and clear all caching installed.
Then check if the grid slides correctly.
If you could provide a link to your website where the slide is present we will inspect it.

Hi,

I should have seen this from the screenshot you provided. Please do not write “seconds” in the autoplay value field. Simply enter a period of time, numbers only
