Http error

hi guys,
i’m having this kind of Http Error while updating a file to my Newspaper theme blog.
First only a few pics wont’t upload, but now i can’t upload any pic..
Please, how can i fix it?

Hi,

If there is a problem uploading images in the WordPress library, please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide

You can contact your hosting provider and ask them to make these changes for you if needed, they might have a recommended method in this matter.
