How to I remove "Theme Panel" from Admin Bar

I know you only support tested plugins but I’m using Admin Bar Improved and I’ve removed everything from the top admin bar for users except for the Profile section that would show on the far right end. The problem is because you theme forced “Them Panel” as an option in the admin bar, I can’t get that to go away. What this causes is that a regular user still sees the WordPress “clock” icon on the left side of the admin bar since the core of wordpress expects “Them Panel” to still push there, however the only thing there is the Dashboard itself with only a link to the backend page of editing their profile. I need this “Theme Panel” showing up to be stopped. How can I do that?
