Can't change logo after installed NewsPaper 8

Hello,

I have recently purchased the newspaper theme 8 for my wedding photography website and the logo won’t change. I have tried many different way including:
– Used different web browsers
– Re-installed theme.
– Deactivate and active plugins again.

Nothing has worked so far.

On the other hands, my other website also using Newspaper 8 theme is working just fine. The logo can be changed smoothly with that website.

Could you please provide some feedback on how to fix this?

Please try the suggestion from the other topic and specify the results. Provide a link to your website is possible so we can inspect it.

Simion,

Bluehost has assisted me and installed the new php. version of wordpress however the issue is still not fixed.

They believe this is a theme issue.

Please look into this.

Hi,

The website seems to be in maintenance, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. We will investigate why you cannot change the logo.
