Hi,
I’m testing the theme at http://yyy.pl/kropka/2017/11/10/health-star-ratings-kellogg-reveals-the-cereal/ and the bottom 300×250 ad is zoomed to full width (around 700px) while it shouldn’t. Why is that so?
Hello,
It seems you are not using the correct implementation for custom ads. Please use this method: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/
Thank you!
I have this question too, but what are the ad sizes? I looked at that article and I have no idea what size I should be creating images to be used.
Hello evilspyboy,
You should check the theme panel, Ads area because there you can see the size of the ads which you can use on your website, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/pSRBce7il
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Soooo, I need to replace the google ads for the next 2 months to link to one store listing for a charity calendar (mental health charity) does this mean I have to make a version of every size? Im not quite getting it as i thought Id define the 4 that are mentioned at the bottom of that other article but obviously that list is a lot longer.
I was going to make the ads in canva.
Hello evilspyboy,
Notice that our theme has been designed to be used only with Google Adsense. You can create your own ad code according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-using-other-ads/
Thanks for your understanding!
Sorry, I dont really understand from that document I looked at the section “Sample image ad with different images for each device:” which suggests 4 size types.
I dont understand what sizes the images have to be. Do I have to make a version in every resolution in the list you gave in the first answer or are there only 4 sizes required one for each type the div examples are asking for?
Yes but what are those 4 sizes. This was my original question. The 4 specific resolutions that are required to be created prior to use those Div tags. I do not know what they are.
Hello evilspyboy,
Please notice that the theme’s width from the desktop is 696px and as the device decreases, this size also decreases and you can create the dimensions for what you want according to this parameter. Notice that does not exist certain sizes for the Ads.
Thanks for your understanding!
I really dont understand. I was just after the 4 sizes that do exist.
Hello evilspyboy,
Please refer to the following guide here -> https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/6002621?hl=en because there you will find the Google recommendation regarding on Ad sizes.
Hope this helps!
Thaks for the message!
